Why have you chosen to seek a post-professional (transition) graduate program? The field of medicine and science is a very vast field which requiresmany years of hard work and dedication for the achievement of excellence. It is a profession which requires up to date knowledge and the physician needs to be aware of the newer techniques and technological breakthroughs that have been taking place. This is because it is through new skills and learning that the physician will be able to provide quality services to the patients.

The importance of gaining knowledge and experience has made me enthusiastic and willing to enroll in the post-professional (transition) graduate program so that I can learn more and gain knowledge to enhance my practical skills as well expand my knowledge in the field of urology. I am a physician assistant and I currently work in a hospital in the department of urology surgery. My job is to actively take part in the urological surgeries and provide assistance in the procedures taking place in the department.

Ever since my years of graduation, I have been highly interested in the field of urology and it is for this purpose that I work in the hospital so that I can apply my knowledge and at the same time, learn practical skills from my seniors in this field. The first hand exposure in the hospital environment has provided me with practical experience and expertise and I have knowledge of how to deal with different patients coming with urological complains. It has improved my clinical judgments and I have come across many important urological surgery cases.

I have analyzed the fact that it is essential that to properly deal with the urological cases, it is important that I should gain more knowledge and expertise in the field of urological surgery. This is because it will provide me with confidence in dealing with surgical cases as well as increase my learning with regard to the field of urology. A post professional graduate program is a program which will serve to impart knowledge and clinical skills essential for a urology surgeon. It will serve the purpose of polishing my clinical skills along with teaching me practical knowledge of the surgeries performed for urological cases.

My exposure to the field of urology will increase and I will be provided with more knowledge with regard to the important aspects of urology. Urological surgery is a very interesting field of medicine that I wish to excel in. The post graduate program will provide me with confidence to actively perform surgeries and it will enhance my skills of diagnosis and interpretations. I wish to seek a position in the post graduate program and I will put in all my hard work and skills to excel in the field of urological surgery.

Furthermore, I will actively participate and apply my clinical skills to enhance my learning. I am totally focused and dedicated to my field and wish to give all my attention in the post graduate program so that I can become a good surgeon and provide the best services to my patients.
